HR ACADEMY

A comprehensive program focused on the development of HR specialists, HR partners who aspire to further advance their role to the strategic level of HR business partner or HR manager. How to build a personality in the field of HR, how to become a good HR manager, how to establish yourself in the company and how to negotiate. We will also talk about new HR trends, digitization and HR modernization. We will meet offline to share our experiences and learn new HR skills.

 

HR ACADEMY PROGRAM:

  • classes always take place on Fridays or Saturdays, or both days and the duration of the training day is 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (the only exception is the 1st training day, when classes are from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Barbora Stejskalová, MBA – topics: the role of HR in the company, the life cycle of the company and employees, different forms of HR in the company and organization, the life cycle of the company, how HR strategy is based on the company cycle, how HR strategy is created – vision. The Evolution of the HRBP Role, Trends in People Management. Partnership – What role does HRBP play?KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS – lecturer Ing. Aleš Kubík – topics: Do you know your company? What do you bring to the company? Are you a business partner? Presentation of various tools for business analysis of the company and their use in practice. SWOT analysis of the external environment. Knowledge of the competition, marketing analysis from a business perspective.

Creation of the employee life cycle – interdependence and processes. HR marketing – Connection with employee branding, EVP. MODULE 4 – RELATIONSHIPS AND TRUST

16.12. 2022 RELATIONS AND TRUST 1 – lecturer Ing. Aleš Kubík – Basics of coaching, questioning and active listening, mentoring. Selected coaching methods for HR manager work. Networking, relationships within the company. Facilitation, moderation of meetings, mediation.17/12/2022 RELATIONSHIPS AND TRUST 2 – lecturer Ing. Aleš Kubík – Negotiation techniques – The art of promoting and selling HR. Presentation to key stakeholders. How to enforce changes, new trends within the company. How to prepare a goal and arguments for negotiation.

MODULE 5 – LEGAL MINIMUM

20. + 21.1. 2023 – LEGAL MINIMUM – Mgr. Michal Vrajík – Formation, changes and termination of employment, agreements, terminations. DPP and DPČ. Basic orientation during working hours. Rewarding employees with salary, its risks and pitfalls. Obstacles at work. Holiday according to the new legislation. Compensation for damages in labor relations. GDPR in employment relations.

MODULE 6 – PERSONALITY AND TEAM + ACADEMY GRADUATION

3/2/2023 – PERSONALITY AND THE TEAM – lecturer Ing. Aleš Kubík psychodiagnosis and self-knowledge, building respect, my brand, techniques to strengthen teamwork. How to establish yourself in the company, strengthening the position of HR in the company, building respect. How to build your brand and why does it make sense? Who am I and who are others?
